Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During this time, we confirm your order details, prepare your items, and hand the package over to our shipping partners.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 10–20 business days, depending on your destination, local customs process, and the delivery carrier in your country.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure every order arrives on time, occasional delays may happen due to customs inspections, carrier delays, local delivery issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update after your package has been shipped. If your tracking number does not show updates immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh.
Partial Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
This can happen when items are shipped from different fulfillment locations or when sending items separately helps your order arrive faster.
If your order is split into multiple packages, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email and tracking number for each package.
Changing Your Order Or Shipping Address
If you need to correct your shipping address, phone number, item size, color, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible.
Order changes are time-sensitive and must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

Missed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may leave a notice or hold your package at a local post office, pickup point, or delivery facility.
The best first step is to contact your local delivery carrier directly using your tracking number.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are returned, lost, or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the package in time.
What To Do If Shipping Takes Longer Than Expected
If your package seems to be taking longer than expected, please follow these steps:
1. Check your tracking information.
Review the date of the most recent tracking update.
2. If the tracking has updated within the last 7 days, your package is likely still moving through the delivery network.
3. If there has been no tracking update for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@mydailypick.shop with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Our support team will help look into the issue.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package appears to be missing.
If your package may be lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
If the carrier confirms that your package was lost during transit, we will help arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Please note that once tracking confirms a successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, MyDailyPick is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken after delivery.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, family members, building management, front desk staff, mailrooms, or your local delivery carrier first.

MyDailyPick is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid customs fees.
Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
